English is not my first language, and I don’t speak it perfectly. She was so patient with me and took the time to explain everything in different ways until I understood all of my treatment and payment options. She never made me feel rushed or embarrassed, and her kindness meant so much to me.The entire team made me feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for.
